Lift. is a unique one-hour class involving a series of strengthening and stretching exercises that incorporate isometric movements, core conditioning, and resistance training to tone, strengthen, and lengthen the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body while mat and ballet barre work target the thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles, making them leaner and more sculpted. With celebrity fans like Kelly Ripa and Drew Barrymore, Lift. is exclusive to the Terminus Club in Buckhead, and you won’t find anything like it anywhere else in Atlanta.
