Making The Turn

Energy levels seem to drop when you get to the back nine? Lack of endurance on the golf course is a common problem with amateur golfers. We always hear about the great rounds that turn into average rounds around #16 when the ball for some unknown reason heads south for the winter. The simple answer is I was tired. The truth of the matter – as the body gets fatigued, certain muscles that are designed to operate the golf swing stop working efficiently and swing faults are amplified.
The solution is not more time on the range, but more time in the gym with our performance staff. Here’s to a complete round in 2009!
