Here at our golf performance center we have developed a state-of-the-art facility that is centered around understanding both the technical AND physical aspects of today’s golf game. Our goal is to help each individual understand why they have certain strengths and weaknesses that help, and hinder, their playing ability and quality of life. We do this by running each person through a comprehensive physical screening that evaluates their strength, flexibility, balance and coordination as each variable relates to them and their golf swing.
For most golfers there are more physical issues that impact their abilities than “technical” and thus we have done years of research and data gathering to determine how best to design workout regimens that are individualized and specific. Quality of life is our utmost concern and thus we strive to get each client to a physical fitness level that helps them enjoy life more and thus play better golf. It is exciting for us to work with so many different levels of athlete because each person presents individual challenges for us to work around and figure out.
The staff here at the performance center are some of the most qualified in the industry. This means that you will get a performance plan that covers everything from how to warm up properly to on-the-road workouts and even the course management skills to help you score low. The beer guts and tight backs are becoming a thing of the past for those of us that seriously want to enjoy life more and PLAY BETTER GOLF!!
