Balance
Unless on the tee box, the golfer is rarely on an even lie. We utilize different balancing exercises and training aids to improve the athlete’s kinesthetic awareness.
Coordination
Efficiency in the golf swing comes largely from the ability to perform coordinated movements with the body. Power and consistency can be improved by utilizing innovative techniques to improve coordination.
Flexibility
A key to longevity and improved quality of life must include a focus on increasing flexibility in specific areas of each individual athlete. By utilizing different flexibility tests a program is designed to directly address each individual’s needs.
Specific Strength
Every athlete has specific areas of strength that can be improved upon to improve quality of life and efficiency of movement. Cutting edge equipment and exercises are prescribed for each athlete’s individual program.
Speed and Agility
Advanced level athletes are prescribed a variety of speed and agility drills to develop fast twitch muscle fibers and body control. Plyometric exercises are also utilized to improve upon anaerobic and cardiovascular endurance.
