The Fitness Approach at Terminus focuses on improved quality of life. Group Classes, Nutrition, Massage, Hybrid Pilates and Personal Training provides the vehicle for lifestyle change and are at the core of our Fitness Programming.

Classes
Throughout the week spin and boot camp classes are offered in the early morning, lunchtime, and afternoon hours. Each class is 45 minutes long and our instructors have years of experience in their respective fields.

Atlanta’s top spinning instructors lead a high energy, stress reducing class to Terminus Club members. The 50 minute class is a great option to improve performance, lose weight or just take a break from busy work day.

A group class for people SERIOUS about exercise. This high energy option offers a variety of cardio/resistance training with focus on training in your zone for extended duration.
